From borders to walls, via rose gardens and rills

Twigs Way
Using the works of Jekyll as our guide we will explore the most popular features and styles in the Edwardian Garden, supplementing her works with images both contemporary and modern. Clipped yew hedges towered over soft lily ponds, whilst Japanese bridges sprouted between holyhocks, and the Primrose path gave way to the Michaelmas Daisy border. The Edwardian garden held the world within its walls.
