A short introduction to one of the most familiar groups of flowering plants. The Mint family is well known for the numerous aromatic, culinary and medicinal herbs including lavender, rosemary, thymes and sages which are grown in gardens. Owen will explore the key botanical features and aromas produced by this varied group using plant material from the Garden.
