Spring into summer taster tours

With over 8000 plant species and a diverse range of beautiful plantings to enjoy from statuesque trees to buzzing bee borders, it’s sometimes a challenge to know where to start (or end!) a walk around the Cambridge University Botanic Garden.

So why not join one of our spring into summer taster tours which take in the flowering highlights and history of this 40 acre oasis? Led by our expert Garden Guides, the free tours run every Sunday at 3pm from May through to the end of July and leave from the Brookside Gate. The drop-in tours last an hour and will visit all the plants and places at their best. You can reserve your spot at the ticket office.

Enjoy a bit of botany before tea and flowers before fruitcake!
