Please let the Outreach Office know immediately in writing if you have lost your card and before you are next planning a visit to the Garden. Please consider making a donation towards the cost of replacing your lost card.

Please report the loss of your membership card immediately in writing and allow up to 10 days for a replacement card to arrive. When requesting a replacement card please provide a stamped addressed envelope and consider making a donation towards the cost of replacement. Cheques payable to 'University of Cambridge'.

Change of address? Please send details in writing to the Outreach Administrator who will require your current address, a contact telephone number and an email address, if available.
