Our learning programmes deliver activities for schools, colleges, universities, community groups, families and adults.
The Garden offers imaginative learning opportunities for all ages from early years to higher education.
We run a lively programme of adult leisure courses, talks and workshops in subjects ranging from horticulture, science, plant identification, botanical illustration and creative arts.
For families, there’s a great choice of activities and events throughout the year to encourage exploration of the natural world. Our community programme reaches out to local groups and residents through a range of projects and initiatives.
The Garden is also committed to training and supporting the next generation of expert horticulturalists. We offer seven horticultural trainees places on the 12 month Cambridge Certificate in Practical Horticulture and Plantsmanship.
As a result of the current circumstances, we are trying our best to create online content for a variety of audiences. If you are interested in Plant Conservation, you may also be interested in engaging with our 2020 Plant Conservation Science Masterclass series that has gone online this year.
