The role-holder will support and advise the Director in business and operational matters throughout the garden, heading the Audience and Enterprise Team, which comprises, Visitor Services, Development and Communications, Estates and Operations and Finance.

They will provide in-house expertise in managing a public-facing institution, in the context of greatly increasing visitor numbers; improve existing commercial income generation streams and develop new opportunities, within the context of the Garden’s not-for-profit goals and priorities.
