Applications are invited for the post of Higher Education and Interpretation Co-ordinator, responsible for the planning, development and delivery of the Further and Higher Education strand of the learning programme and the production of interpretation materials at the Botanic Garden.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate educator and science communicator to deliver this programme to support widening participation by FE and HE students in plant and historic plant collections and the research they support. The post holder will act as a point of contact for FE/HE outreach and visit enquiries and be responsible for the planning and delivery of a programme of Learning activities for these audiences. This role is also responsible for the delivery of interpretation for the Garden, including the production of boards, trails for an adult audience and related projects as they arise. This role will require close collaboration with other teams in the Garden, including Curation and Horticulture
