Introduction to Flowers and Families

Join Pete and Simon for this one-day introduction to flower identification. Suitable for beginners, this short course will introduce you to the flowers of some of the most common plant families. During the day you will get the opportunity to examine the flowers’ structure under the microscope, use a botanical key and put your new knowledge into practice by identifying flowers growing in the Botanic Garden.
