The Garden is open to the general public. Walk ups are welcome and you can pay at the Ticket Office on arrival, or you purchase your tickets in advance online.

Great British Summer Savings

From 25 June to 1 September 2026, the price of adult admission tickets to the Garden will be reduced as part of the Great British Summer Savings scheme. This means that adult tickets are reduced to £8.50 for donation inclusive tickets and £7.60 for standard tickets. As children under 17 visit for free all year round, we hope that this saving will help families to enjoy an affordable, great day in the Garden this summer, see more information below.

We are currently installing a new till system, please bear with us while we become familiar with it and iron out any glitches. Thank you very much for your patience, we apologise for any delays you might experience.
