Throughout the year, the Friends programme features a diverse range of activities, from day trips to outstanding gardens and places of horticultural interest, to seasonal talks, lectures and relaxed social gatherings here at the Garden.

Helpful Booking Tips
- Please use the email address linked to your Friends membership when logging in. For joint memberships, this is the primary email address used for renewal communications.
- If there is no email address associated with your membership account, you will not be able to log in or book online. Please contact the Friends Office to add an email address to your account.
- Creating a new account with a different email address will not connect to your Friends membership and will prevent you from booking Friends’ events.
- No booking code is required. The system will automatically recognise your membership status.
- Event details will be sent by email once bookings have closed, usually five days before the event unless otherwise stated.

Important Information
- Bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Guest tickets for non-members accompanying a Friend may be released, subject to availability and an additional charge.
- If an event is fully booked, please email the Friends Office to be added to the waiting list.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
