Tickets: Tickets can be purchased upon arrival with cash or card. If you would prefer to pre-book tickets, you can do so via our ticketing page.
Plant donations: We cannot accept donations of plants to the Garden due to clear collection goals, specific protocols and policies.
Plant advice: We are not able to provide a plant identification or a plant and garden advice service. You may find it useful to browse the Royal Horticultural Society’s Advice page and if you are a member of the RHS, you can ring their helpline.
Library: Please note the library is closed to visitors and unstaffed until further notice. In the meantime, if your enquiry relates to the Botanic Garden archives (e.g. manuscripts, correspondence, minutes), which remain accessible, please let us know and we will pass your enquiry to the relevant person. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Lost property: Please contact Reception via the Enquiries Desk if you have lost or found an item in the Garden. We hold all lost property for a maximum of six weeks.
