Explore the relationship between mindfulness, yourself and the surroundings of the Botanic Garden. This three-part course, led by mindfulness teacher Chantek Mary McNeilage, will introduce you to simple and accessible mindfulness practices. With the Garden as your classroom, discover the joy and powerful impact of being mindful in nature and its role in promoting healing and well-being.

Chantek Mary McNeilage is a long-standing mindfulness teacher with a lifelong passion for nature, animals and the environment. She teaches courses locally, in schools and for Bangor University’s Centre for Mindfulness. www.becomingmindful.co.uk
