View from New Zealand

By Colin Barker

Colin writes: 'Glorious early autumn colours inspired me to paint in watercolour this tranquil scene of the lake and colourful trees beyond.'
Colin must have set up his easel in the Australasian section of the Rock Garden, on the south bank of the Lake, to set up this view over to the beautifully-coloured smokebush and majestic conifers of the Main Walk.
