Take Two Mindful Minutes & Silent Spaces

Mental Health Awareness Week takes place 10-16 May 2021 and this year's theme is nature.

10 May 2021

Mental Health Awareness Week  is one of the biggest awareness weeks across the UK and globally. This year it’s all about connecting people with nature and how nature can improve our mental health.

During this week, we are encouraging people to take some time in the Garden to connect with nature and quietly take in the springtime sights and sounds.

For those able to visit, we have selected four ‘Silent Spaces’ in the Garden to sit, reflect and enjoy some mindful moments (information available at our Ticket Offices).

To bring the calm and beauty of the Garden to people at home, we will be sharing two minute films of springtime scenes from around the Garden every day this week (here and on social media).

Wishing you a peaceful couple of minutes…
