Friends’ Events

From trips and tours to wreath-making and lectures, we have a wonderful variety of events on offer for our Friends

Three visitors sitting on a Garden bench.

The Friends run a varied programme of events throughout the year from one-day tours of great gardens, to seasonal talks, lectures, and relaxed social events at the Garden.

Tickets for all Friends events are only available through the University of Cambridge Online Store. This means you are only able to book for events online. To book online please select from the events listed below, remembering to enter the booking code provided on the last page of the Friends’ Newsletter.

HELPFUL BOOKING TIPS:
– When booking online, please don’t forget to use the booking code as listed on the last page of the Friends’ Newsletter
– It is advised that you log into the online store and reset your password prior to attempting to book, as this removes the time pressure and frustration at the payment stage.
– If you are experiencing difficulties in making payments, please contact onlinesales@findivsales.admin.cam.ac.uk
– We will email event information to you 5-10 days prior to the event, unless otherwise specified.

If you have any other questions or queries, please email friends@botanic.cam.ac.uk.

NB: Booking is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. While Friends are welcome to bring guests to many of the events, some tours and events are exclusive to Friends only.

If you are unsuccessful booking for any of the events, please email friends@botanic.cam.ac.uk to be put on the waiting list.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded except when an event is cancelled.
