The Lights are a fantastic spot for a seasonal celebration, no matter how big or small your event, and with delicious food and drink stands around the site, we will help you to make sure that your guests are well looked after and that everyone has a wonderful time.
There are 3 different options for corporate events which depend on the size of the group that you would like to host:
1. Hire of the whole Garden/Light trail
Enjoy the whole magical site to yourselves. With the capacity to host over 2,800 guests over the evening, this option allows you to entertain big numbers easily.
Cost: £15,000 + VAT
(Please note that this is available only on nights that the trail is not open to the public.)
2. An entire entry timeslot during a public opening evening
Booking an entire entry time for you and your guests makes hosting them easy. With your own reception desk by the entrance, you can greet and your guests personally as they arrive.
Cost: £5,000 on an off peak night, £6,500 on a standard night
3. Group booking during a public opening evening
If you have a smaller group, you can take advantage of the 10% discount on tickets for groups of 6 or more. You can buy these tickets direct yourself for the date and time that works for you and automatically receive this discount.
If you choose options 2 or 3, the Garden will also be open to the public, but our caterers can work with you to create vouchers for your guests to use during the event so that you can still host them by paying for their food and drink.
The Garden Room is available to hire during event nights – this gives you a private area to host your guests, and you can also put up branding to direct your guests to this area (which is on the main route). Catering can be arranged in the Garden Room. The cost of hiring out the Garden Room for the evening is £1,500 (+VAT).
