To help your community groups get the most out of your visit, we ask that you book using the Community Booking Form. This form is for:
- those registered with the Community Membership Scheme who wish to visit the Garden in a group of 15 or more
- community groups who would like to request an assisted visit or workshop (including those registered with the Community Membership Scheme)
- community groups who are located outside of the CB postcode regardless of group size
If your community group or organisation is located within the CB postcode and isn’t already a member of our free Community Membership Scheme, we look forward to welcoming you to the Garden. Full details, terms and conditions and application form can be found here.
Please note at least 1 week’s notice must be given for self-led groups of 15 or more people. At least one week’s notice must also be given for self-led groups who wish to visit from outside of the CB postcode.
Assisted visits and guided walks are subject to availability and require at least 4 weeks’ notice.
