Children will explore the trees of the Botanic Garden – from small to giant, deciduous to evergreen. They will learn how a tree grows using fun drama exercises, and discover the habitat they create for other creatures. They will take part in a short minibeast hunt and build a miniature den for Hawthorn the Hedgehog. They will also take part in some sensory activities to increase their immersion in our natural world.

Science
