To give the gift of a pre-paid day visit to the Garden you can purchase Gift Tickets via the Online Store. These can either be posted to you or directly to the gift recipient. Gift tickets are valid for up to 12 months from date of purchase and can be used by the recipient to visit once, on any day that the Botanic Garden is open, during that time.
Alternatively, Gift Tickets can be purchased in person from our Ticket Offices.
A Gift Ticket admits one adult for one visit and is valid for one year.
- Additional charges may apply for special events. NOT valid for Botanic Lights evenings
- Children 0 – 16 inclusive are free and do not require tickets. (Must be accompanied by an adult at all times).
- Please allow five working days for delivery. You will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase but this is NOT the Gift Ticket(s).
Refunds: Once posted the Gift Tickets are valid for one year and are non-refundable, unless returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
