Join Sally on this half day course as she discusses ways to add interest to your own patch, provides tips on which plants will bring valuable colour to your garden in winter and takes you on a tour of our acclaimed Winter Garden.
Sally Petitt started her horticultural career here in the Botanic Garden in 1988 as a Trainee Horticultural Technician, and is currently Head of Horticulture, a role in which she oversees the horticultural team and operations. During her time at the Garden, she has worked in many areas, developed an extensive horticultural knowledge, has participated in botanical expeditions and capacity building projects, and currently serves on several horticultural committees.
