Recreational group visits
Recreational groups of 15 or more people must pre-book with at least one week’s notice.
You can book your visit by downloading the appropriate Group Booking Form below and either email it to admin@botanic.cam.ac.uk or post it to the Admin Office, Cambridge University Botanic Garden, 1 Brookside, Cambridge, CB2 1JE.
Please note that Group Booking Form A is for groups of adults (age 18+) only. Group Booking Form B is for groups with a mix of adults and children.

For groups with children aged 16 or under, there must be the following adult supervision:
Age 7 and below – 5 children: 1 adult
Age 8-16 inclusive – 10 children: 1 adult

We do not have any dedicated group spaces at the Garden, however small groups can contact the Garden Café to make reservations by emailing thegardencafecambridge@gmail.com

All groups with children and young adults are required to provide supervision for the entire duration of the visit.
We ask group leaders to familiarise themselves with our ‘Rules of Admission’ and ‘Guidelines for Groups’ prior to visiting.
