Book Your Community Visit

We look forward to welcoming you to the Garden

For Community Groups within the CB area

If you are interested in coming to the Garden and have a CB postcode, please join our Community Membership Scheme. This free scheme aims to support community organisations by providing them with the opportunity to bring their members to enjoy the surroundings of the Botanic Garden throughout the year.

Member groups are required to book in advance use the online Community Booking Form if you wish to:

  • request a guided walk or workshop at the Garden (subject to availability and at least 4 weeks’ notice)
  • visit the Garden in a group of 15 or more (with at least 1 week’s notice)

For Community Groups outside of the CB Area

We welcome groups from outside of the CB area too. Please book your visit using our online Community Booking Form 

  • At least one week’s notice must be given for self-led groups who wish to visit from outside of the CB postcode, regardless of group size.
  • Assisted visits and guided walks are subject to availability and require at least 4 weeks’ notice.
If you have any questions not answered on these pages or wish to discuss your group’s visit, please contact our Community Learning Coordinator who will be happy to help you.
