Trails for Adults

Our set of trails for adults is designed for visitors keen to discover more about plants.

We have a wide range of adult trails available to help you learn more about the Botanic Garden. You can collect a leaflet from the ticket offices for free and take a stroll around the Garden to explore the different plants on each trail, or you can find online versions here and use Google Streetview to explore the Garden instead. Either way there is tons to discover.

The plants on each trail are marked in the Garden with a purple trail sign.

Please note: as some plants are herbaceous, they may not always be visible above ground all year round; we may also need to temporarily withdraw plants from the collection from time to time.

NEW: We have introduced a section for Seasonal Trails, offering both online and physical resources that capture the more transient and evolving stories of the Garden.
